On 16th October 2026, ten brave supporters will be soaring across the iconic Twickenham Stadium on a zip wire to raise vital funds and awareness for Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston.

Care Support Workers Olivia and Michelle, Trustee Geoff and his wife Helen, clients Colin and his friend Gavin, along with Neil, Janet and her son Bertie, and supporter Becky, will be swapping solid ground for the thrilling 150-metre zip wire across the famous rugby pitch.

It’s a challenge they’re taking on with plenty of enthusiasm and a very important cause in mind.

Geoff said: ‘We’re really looking forward to being part of this. It’s a chance for all of us to support the incredible work that Crossroads Care does for unpaid carers and the people they care for, of all ages and disabilities. So many local families rely on that support, so it would be great to play even a small part in helping them.’

Every pound raised will help Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston continue providing vital support to often vulnerable and isolated carers and the people they care for across the local community.
