Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston is committed to improving the lives of carers and the people they care for by providing high quality respite services and care.

Our highly-trained and caring team makes a direct impact on people’s lives within homes, the community and other settings.

If you are looking to re-enter the workforce, are an experienced support worker or interested in pursuing a career in care, we may be the place for you. Experience and a diploma in care are desirable, but we will provide full training to the right applicants.

We are CQC registered, overall GOOD rating. We are also a “Centre of Excellence”, awarded by the Carers Trust.

What you can expect from us:

  • Pay rates from £12.30 to £13.90 per hour
  • Guaranteed hour contracts and flexible working
  • Minimum visit of 2 hours
  • Regular client base
  • Full induction
  • Support from a designated line manager
  • Paid training
  • Mileage allowance paid
  • Comprehensive health and well-being offer to include:
  • Generous holiday entitlement — with 5 extra days after 5 years

From a pub quiz to asking for donations at your own celebrations, here are some practical fundraising suggestions to get you started.

Coffee morning: bake some cupcakes and host your own morning tea
Personal events: weddings and birthday parties, for example, offer easy and successful fundraising opportunities. Why not ask for gifts to be made into donations to Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston?
Pub quizzes: a fun way to raise money. Get your friends and family down to your local and ask each team to pay to enter
Fun run or walk: get fit and raise money at the same time. It could be 3km, 5km or a mini-marathon
