Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston are pleased to announce the launch of their new project for young people aged between 14-18 years old with Special Educational Needs and /or Disability living within the London Borough of Richmond and thinking about their transition into adulthood.

The Transition Project aims to give young people the opportunity to explore their future, focusing on CV writing, support with school/college work and essential life skills in a fun, safe social and supportive environment. The project will run once a week during term-time, usually on a Saturday from 11am – 1pm at the Crossroads Care Head office in Teddington.
