Through their wealth of experience, knowledge and proficiency, our Board of Trustees provides ongoing strategic leadership and support.<\/strong><\/p>\n There are currently six trustees on the board. A former Carer, she has a long career in health and more recently social care research. She has over 15 years’ experience working for a large multinational company in Human Resources at a global and local level. The early part of her career was in strategic advertising and marketing, working for multinational companies and advertising agencies, before joining an international development non-governmental organisation. Debbie later went into management consultancy, with a focus on change management before ultimately specialising in business ethics. She has wide experience in the not-for-profit sector both as a consultant and as a trustee.
